Klinik Nurul is a neighbourhood primary care clinic with two locations in Scientex Utama, Senai and Taman Suria Muafakat, Johor Bahru. We look after everyday health needs, from fever and cough to antenatal visits, health screening, STD testing, and long-term care for chronic conditions.
We were built on a simple idea: medical visits should feel calm, clear, and respectful. No rushing, no confusing explanations, and no pressure to agree to treatments you don’t understand. Just careful listening, evidence-based decisions, and a clinic environment that feels safe for the whole family.

How We Practise Medicine

Before you agree to any plan, we explain what we’ve found, what it might mean, and the options available – including doing nothing, if that is reasonable. You are encouraged to ask questions, clarify worries, and involve your family if you wish.
Collaborative, evidence-based treatment plans
We follow current clinical guidelines, but we also know each person’s life is different. We consider your work schedule, family responsibilities, budget, and beliefs. Together, we build a plan that you can realistically follow, with follow-up visits when needed.

Nurul Hatika
(MD UMS)
Dr Nurul Hatika binti Abd Hamid, owner of Klinik Nurul and head clinician is a medical doctor (MD, Universiti Malaysia Sabah) with additional training as a Haji medical examiner (Pemeriksa Haji) and in knee intra-articular injections. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, antenatal and postnatal care, and STD assessment and treatment—delivered with clear, structured guidance.
ELLEANUR NATTASSIA
(MD USM)
Dr Elleanur Nattassia binti Zigazig Zarfrullah is a medical doctor (MD, Universiti Sains Malaysia) with additional training in basic and advanced obstetrics & gynaecology ultrasound. She is committed to stronger primary care, including dengue awareness and early intervention. Her clinical interests include antenatal care and paediatrics, with a calm, structured approach for families.

Yes. Klinik Nurul (Scientex Utama, Senai) and Klinik Nurul (Suria Muafakat, Johor Bahru) share the same management, medical standards, and clinical approach. You can visit whichever location is more convenient for you.
Where possible, we try to keep continuity so you can follow up with the same doctor, especially for pregnancy care and chronic conditions. However, if schedules differ, another doctor may see you using the same notes and treatment principles.
Panel arrangements can change over time. The easiest way to check is to WhatsApp our team with your company or insurance name, and we’ll confirm whether we’re a panel clinic and what is covered.
Yes. Your records are kept securely and only shared with other parties when required by law or with your explicit consent. We take privacy seriously, especially for sensitive matters such as STD testing and mental health.
Our team commonly uses Bahasa Melayu and English, and may also use basic Mandarin or other local dialects where helpful. If you prefer a particular language, let our staff know at registration.
